Which type of fruits I can eat and cannot eat in a keto diet? – Copy

  • You can eat fruits which are low in carbohydrate e.g. berries, Avocado, gooseberry, guava[white/pink], lemon, muskmelon, peach, papaya, watermelon and starfruit. 
  • Fruits to avoid- High carbohydrate fruits:  Mango, jackfruit, grapes, dates, fig, apricot and banana.
