Should one totally avoid fats for weight loss?

No,  one should not totally avoid fats for weight loss. Fats especially good fats are a really important part of your right diet. When taken from healthier foods such as avocados, nuts, Ghee. Healthy fats actually increase your weight loss, if eaten in limited quantity. Oil or butter or ghee consumption daily must NOT  be more than 2 tablespoons.
