Kiwis helps to reduce hypertension

A daily serving of kiwi can reduce blood pressure in people with mildly elevated levels, according to results of one study.  Kiwis are also easy to add to lunches or smoothies. Kiwis may be small, but they pack a lot of nutrition in their green flesh. They are rich in lutein, a potent antioxidant, and this may be what is responsible for their blood pressure-lowering powers.
