No ,it’s not better as it is not fortified with iodine unlike normal iodized salt. Govt. of India made iodisation of salt mandatory because iodine is very crucial nutrient and it required for various body functions. You can add lahori salt to salad,raita, lemon water etc. But don’t go beyond 1 tbsp salt per day as both salt have almost same sodium value. Excess of sodium is harmful for heart & kidney health.
