You can have coffee 2 to 3 times a day with or without milk as per your liking Remember black coffee is 0 calories, while coffee with milk and sugar has 100+ calories but without any nutrition value. Too much consumption of coffee can lead to acidity & ulcers. Ensure to take coffee between meals & not along with the meal as it impacts iron absorption. Maintain a gap of 30 minutes from the meals before you consume.
