How to beat the weight loss plateau?

The main causes in most cases is  unconscious eating ( eg small snacking or tasting high calorie items frequently that are never considered) or having a lot of processed foods which have hidden sugar & sodium derivatives. By recognizing & resolving the above issues will break the weight loss plateau. Brisk walking with short sprints of running i.e. walk for 5 minutes then run for 2 to 3 minutes, will also help.
