Strictly Avoid Trans fat- Made by converting unsaturated fats to saturated fats and these are the fats which are used in restaurants and are worst for our health.
All processed food, pizza, burgers, Samosas , patties biscuits have this trans fat which is bad for health and have to be avoided. Even low fat biscuits, ice-creams, butter , chips all are unhealthy and only marginally better than other ones. .
