Fats– Eat fat to loose fat

It protects vital organs. Is also important for lubrication of joints and smooth functioning of brain. For lean body, healthy heart, lustrous hair and supple skin fats are needed.

So fats can not be avoided.

Saturated fats – these solidify at room temperature. Not good for health. Butter, red meat, coconut oil, palm oil etc. are example of same. Animal based are worst ones to digest.

Unsaturated fats-Are liquid at room temperature and are good for health.
