Do I need to exercise if I am on a keto diet?

  • Our body always needs to have some kind of physical activity. It is always beneficial to do exercise. 
  • Physical activity is most important for anybody. It is recommended to do physical activity at least 3-5 days/ week. 
  • It not only helps to maintain weight but also helps to strengthen the bones. 
  • You can take small breaks between work and do some activity like walking or stretching or asanas/ pranayama in a day.
