Can I eat rice at night time?

You can make your rice healthier by adding lots of vegetables (pulao) or you can use it as a Cereal + Pulse combination by mixing rice with any pulses. Also ensure that you don’t over eat rice on a weight loss diet. 1/2 katori rice is equivalent to one Chapati but satiety value is low. Hence rice ends up gaining weight since portion control becomes difficult. Red rice or black rice are better options.
